The Party has borrowed 1500 gold from Anders Solmer . Repayments fall on the 19th each month with min. 200 gold repaid back each month. The full payment will be at 1650 gold. As security for borrowing the money, Emmet Hawthorn's house and son, Hector , will be given as compensation to Anders - in case of the party's disappearance or missing repayments.
Update: The contract is no longer valid since the party has paid of the debt.

Purpose

This contract was created, so that the party could borrow money to buy Icarus back from The Faithful Quartermasters of Luz.
