Locathah

Locathah is an aquatic humanoid creature. They are often captured by the Sahoagens  and kept as slaves. The fishers of Saltmarsh often capture the children as they are considered a delicacy. However, according to one of Locathah named Fipchip, the disapperance of his thousands of children is a things that happens.
