Fipchip

Fipchip is a Locathah, who has an indifferent attitude towards life and the disappearance of his thousands of children. He is an ally of Queen Othokent's pursuit to drive out the Sahoagens from her ancestral land. Although, the party failed to convince him, he later joined the allies of aquatic creatures (see Merfolk).
