Queen Othokent
Queen Othokent is the regent of the lizardfolks of Hoolmarsh. She is preparing to go war against the Sahoagens; an invasive species which have taken the queen's ancestral homeland.
She has allied herself with Merfolk and Locathah to aid her in her cause. The party has convinced her to create an alliance with Saltmarsh.
