Starling is a cleric under the God Phalcun. He is a rare humanoid: an Air Genasi with blood from the Elemental Plane of Air.
He tracked down Abigail Crow at the house of Emmet Hawthorn and told her that Phalcun had sent him to give her a message: to resurrect Icarus from the death, she had to kill an owlbear in his name, so that the owlbear's soul may be saved and cleansed.
