The Blaque Farm The Blaque Farm is run by three gnome brothers: Snelvit, Pakmell and Belvarn Blaque. Together they are considered the experts on alligator scalemail. There are 12 female ainile Alligators and 4 male aimurger alligators used to breed aimurille alligators.

The Blaque Brothers

Belvarn Blaque is the official owner and proprietor of Blaque Farm, although he'd rather spend time shaping and crafting scalemail than deal with bookkeeping, much to his brother Snelvit's shagrin. Snelvit focuses on wrangling and managing the overall care of the alligator herds but leaves the delicate task of forced mating to Pakmell.
"Them ruby gators ain't bad, make purty leather too. The problem is they get sick as all get out if som'un so much as sneezes in their direction. Nah, Aniles ain't as pretty, but I don' have to worry about half the herd dying."
— Snelvit to his brother Belvarn Blaque

Aimurger and Ainile Alligators

Aimurger Alligators are native to the Hool Marshes and are known for their distinctive, ruby-tinted scales. They usually grow to be 10-12 feet long and burrow in shallow muddy banks of the marshlands. Ainile Alligators are native to the salty Azure Sea, but are able to survive in both salt and freshwater. They are known for their tough hide and powerful tail attacks.

Aimurile Aligators

The Blaque brothers have crossbred these two breeds of alligators to create the Aimurile Alligators. Each female ainile alligator will lay between 3-5 eggs in a clutch. Aimurile Alligators take 18 months to reach full size. Unfortunately, this breed is sterile, requiring an active congregation of both Aimurger and Ainile Alligators. There is a 15% chance that an Aimurile Alligator is albino, a rarity coveted by nobles throughout Keoland.

Aimurrile Armor

Because of the thick hide of the Aimurrile Alligator, it usually takes three animals to create a clean-looking complete set. The armor is known for its water resistance, suppleness, and durability. (TTRPG: Aimurrile boots ignore marshland as difficult terrain.) It takes an average of 3 months for Belvarn to make a complete set of scalemail armor. As Aimurrile alligators are only bred at Blaque Farm, it's quite expensive and has a backorder of 3-7 months. The Blaque Brothers have been known to expedite orders for a hefty fee.
