Akaku Fragment Translations

A transcript of fragments of an ancient book called the Akaku, discovered by explorers in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Japan, is being studied by scholars at Oxford University in England. The text describes a civilization that lived thousands of years ago on an island far to the east.   It speaks of a great city called "Moa," where humans and monsters lived together in harmony. It details a deity known as "Kapu-Nui," or "the God of Hellfire," and his followers that eventually disrupted the peace and brought eternal conflict to Moa.
