Teo Iliescu is an Aomeni Half-Elf ex-Mayor of Zhilisky who was deposed when the Brotherhood of Autumn seized power. He now spends all his time drinking in the Pitted Sickle, complaining about every misfortune.

Personal history

Teo Iliescu was elected Mayor of Zhilisky approximately 70 years ago by a council of merchants within the town, and held his position relatively unopposed due to being largely hands-off and laissez faire in his administration. He was beloved, if little respected by the townsfolk, seen more of as a mascot and figurehead than a true power broker (with the real power of the town belonging to the Cinca Trading Company and the Bunea Family). When the Brotherhood of Autumn seized control of the town, they originally intended to execute Teo, though relented when they realised it would cause more harm than good to their cause amongst the commoners, so allowed him to remain on the outskirts of the town. Now, Teo is considered somewhat of a laughing stock, and privately shamed for not doing more to resist the Brotherhood.
