Illusion Magic
Originating from Nal, Illusion magic is cunning, bending the light to exploit the fears of a wielders enemy. By manipulating the Vi in the light surrounding a given area, a wielder of illusion magic can create invisible incorporeal constructs. The light can also be bent to shroud either the user or a given area, making them appear invisible. While the least offensive of the types of magic, smart use of illusions can turn the tide of a battle. An example would be by making enemy legions think they are facing a greater foe, or some kind of beast or abomination, and thus causing them to retreat.
