King Edmund IV

King Edmund IV rules the kingdom of Volandria lazily. Fat from years sitting an uneventful throne, lavishing himself with food and other luxuries, he is not a man who garners much respect.
In his prime, Edmund was a skilled Water Magic user. Once commander of the royal navy, he would use his powers to tear apart enemy ships, dragging sailors underwater with tendrils of manipulated water.
In peacetimes Edmund's complacency has led to multiple attempts on his life.
