A master of Wind Magic‌, Lady Ariko Hamada is the only person alive capable of successfully wielding lightning without the need for aggression. Whether she is suffocating her victims or firing off bolts of lightning, she is always a picture of grace and inteligence.
The shogun claims that Amatsu‌ visits her in her dreams, but there is no way of knowing if there is truth to this.
