Orest Karlsson
An ex-sailor, dressed in slightly finer clothes than the other residents of Recks. Now the Mayor of the village, he is of an average height and broad build, with distinctive blonde hair and pale blue eyes which betray his Ulfen origins. He has few signs of the Ulfen accent, suggesting he hasn't returned to his homeland in a long time.
