Thorn's End
Thorn's End is a hidden fortress of the Winter Council in the demon-infested Tanglebriar of Kyonin.
Purpose / Function
The Winter Council used it as a secret base in which to carry out their plans, in a location completely safe from the attentions of any other elven factions. It was also used as a training monastery for the Council's members of the Sa'har Order.
