Dominic Longbarrel was imprisoned for his previous crimes.

At the age of 18, Dominic was successfully caught by the Absalonian guards during a heist gone wrong. He was tried and sentenced for 1.5 years in the dungeons. The sentence was low because the majority of the crimes that had been committed, were done so whilst he was a minor.   He was also told that once he got out of prison, he would have to serve with the Absalonian army for at least five more years.
