The World

Appointment

Should the previous holder of the title of The World train a successor that successor will ascend to the leader position once their mentor dies but there have been cases in the history of the Laymen where no successor was named and the person who deposed or killed the previous leader forcibly takes the title and must earn the approval of the rest of the Laymen to truly earn the title.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Should the Laymen vote unanimously to remove the current leader a member may challenge the current leader for the title and can then go on to earn approval. Should the current holder of The World take action, not for the benefit of the Laymen or seeks to advance themselves above the group they would stand ground for removal.
