Balor

The second-greatest of daemonkind, close to the daemon lords in power, the balors serve as commanders and generals of the abyssal legions. Most of them are bound in service to daemon lords, but a handful of them remain unaligned, seeking their own power as rulers of abyssal realms. This statblock represent such balors, daemons for whom independence is more important than power.
