International Gathering of Shaman

IGOS also known as, International Gathering of Shaman, is an organization based on international association with humans. While Shaman exist as a group based on preserving religion and culture within Detoran culture. The IGOS is there to help with breaking barriers as well as detailing lifestyles with human and Detorans. The Shaman here are volunteers who agree to break down walls (metaphorically) from war. Ranging from prejudices, civil rights, unions for work, and so on.
IGOS is concentrated in Amberfield City as it is the world capital near the government. IGOS holds a lot of influence on governments dicussions on school as more Detorans migrate to human concentrated areas or move to Mars or Earth.

Structure

IGOS has 200 members. All are Shaman. No warriors or chieftains can particpate in the organization as a seat. But they may appear at hearings or trials with the government in Ambercity.

Culture

IGOS is decently received. Some Detorans feel it is bias to only have Shaman. Some feel IGOS is sticking up for the little people who don't have the time or energy or voices. IGOS does have monthly meetings in person and online so the communities can talk about improvement. Humans for the most part are split. Some don't care, some do. The government does feel IGOS has too much power over certain things such as education and agriculture. Sometimes no mutual agreement is met.

History

IGOS was created by a small group of Shaman after the war between Detoran and Earth. This small group of four saw that the world was in need of repair physically and spiritually. IGOS was created to bring back the planet from peril and enlighten it to be in touch with the planet. Over time IGOS formation developed into Detoran working together to cooperate care for each other and humans.
