Aard

Origin: During a clash between Pyraea and Morrow, Morrow had a brilliant idea. He cooled his water to such low temperatures that when it clashed with Pyraea's magma, it solidified into rock, forming the earth beneath them. Thus, Aard, the god of the earth, was born from this elemental clash, sharing his origins with his sister deity Aura, as they both emerged from the collision between Pyraea and Morrow, shaping the very ground we walk upon. Description: Among the gods of genesis, Aard is known for his calm and collected demeanor, rarely embroiled in conflict or divine drama. He preaches an ideology of peace and discipline, embodying the virtues of serenity and order.   Creations: Aard's craftsmanship extends beyond the formation of the earth, as he is also credited with building mountains and sculpting caverns within them. Additionally, Aard played a pivotal role in the creation of the giants and their kin, collaborating with the other gods, as well as assisting his mother Pyraea in the making of the dwarves.   Worship: While Aard has priests and local worshippers, particularly among dwarves, giant kin, and underground dwelling races, his above-ground worship is primarily centered in mountain temples. These temples are inhabited by monks who lead lives of rigorous self-discipline, embodying Aard's teachings of order and craftsmanship.   Role in myth: Aard tends to stay away from most conflcits regarding the gods only acting as a form of peace counciller if truly required. Most of his tales tell of mortals seeking his wisdom and guidance.   Divine Domains: Earth Underground Crafting Order   Symbols: Hammer Chissel Sculptures
