Galca

Galca is a smaller floating city that has been nicknamed "little Bundushur" that hovers above the clouds. It serves as a hub for magical research and experimentation, with many mages and scholars residing within its levitating boundaries. While Bundushur is the grand capital of magic, Galca is a hub of magical experimentation and artistic expression, where mages and craftsmen work together to create wonders.   In the center of the city rests the crystal spire that is a tall, translucent tower housing the Arcane Artisans’ council chambers. The spire glows with different hues depending on the magical experiments being conducted within.   The city is ran by Master Artisan Kaelith Moonshadow who is a skilled tiefling enchanter and artisan known for her innovative magical creations.   There are well-known shops in the city that bring travelers from all over.
  • Moonlit Atelier: Run by Kaelith Moonshadow herself, this shop offers enchanted items and custom magical artwork.
  • Windswept Enchantery: This shop is known for items that can control or harness the power of the wind. It is run by a gnome named Zephyr Breezewhisper.
  • Gleaming Forge: A blacksmith shop where weapons and armor are crafted with intricate enchantments. The owner is a dwarf named Durin Emberforge.
  • Celestial Threads: A boutique offering enchanted clothing and accessories that enhance the wearer’s abilities or provide magical protection. The shop is managed by an elven weaver named Lirael Starweaver.
Galca also employs enchanted platforms and flying carpets for public transportation, allowing residents and visitors to travel seamlessly between different parts of the city. The city is also home to prestigious arcane art schools where aspiring mages and artisans come to learn and hone their crafts. These institutions are renowned for their rigorous training and cutting-edge research.

Tourism

Galca has a floating marketplace where magical and artisanal goods are displayed in enchanting stalls. Items can range from jewelry to spell-infused artwork. Further into the city is also the sky gardens that utilize the same magical enchantments that make the city float causing these gardens to defy gravity and feature a vast range of magical plants and flowers.

The population consists of a mix of wizards, alchemists, and magical scholars from various races. Their economy is primarly focused on the trade of rare magical components, enchanted items, and scholarly texts.
