Government
Phonol is governed by the Council of Captains, a group of esteemed ship captains and maritime leaders who oversee the city’s affairs. The council is responsible for trade regulations, harbor management, and maritime law enforcement. Decisions are made collectively, with each member bringing their unique expertise to the table.
Captain Dulas Pernisor: A seasoned sailor known for his daring exploits and successful trade missions. He is respected for his leadership skills and deep knowledge of maritime routes.

Seafarer’s Sanctuary: This is a temple dedicated to Ilmos the god of nature to offer blessings and protection to sailors on the trade routes. Within it there are hundreds of candles where travelers can light a candle and offer a prayer with the hopes of safe return from their journey.
Tourism
Sea Breeze Festival: An annual festival celebrating Phonol’s connection to the sea. The festival features boat races, seafood feasts, and performances by local musicians and dancers. The highlight of the festival is the grand parade of ships, where decorated vessels sail through the harbor in a colorful display.
