Adelaide Abramoore

Mother to Gawen Abramoore. Wife of the King Consort, Kashtan Steel. King Adelaide is most notable for her Naval prowess, increasing the efficiency of Ocadia's seaborne military tenfold. This allowed Ethoria to aide the Krell in defending their lands from Larkrisian invaders, which in turn established trade routes through the Saphherine Channel and brought the silk trade to Alcask.

Despite using feminine identifiers in every other regard, Adelaide chose to inheret the title of Overking in honor of her great-grandmother who used the title to avoid political marrige and changed the nature of Ethoria's royal accesion forever. On her coorination in 517 AT, she was quoted as saying that her "Grandmother risked her life defying the crown, so she could better serve her people. I only wish to bring a fraction of that glory back to Ethoria."

Adelaide ruled as Overking for 47 years before her death in 564 AT at the age of 70
