Essence Liquor

Introduction

Essence Liquor is a liquid made by straining Essence and infusing it a liquid, usually water. It is used to make your body into something that resembles more what the Essence Liquor came from. Often used by taking the Essence from a large beast and then putting it on caravans and the like so a guard can drink it, growing into a more muscular and beastly form. It generally wears off in an hour to a day but if you succumb to the Essence Liquors will, it is a possibility to never transform back to your original body, this is what makes it dangerous. It has no affect on your soul if you overpower the will of the Essence Liquor, which is why it is one of the few legal Essence products in the Gorakin Empire

Production of Essence Liquor

Essence Liquor is made by straining Essence and then infusing it into a liquid, by letting it sit in that liquid, there is a low percent chance that at any time that it could infuse the object. But generally it takes from a couple of months up to multiple years of waiting. There are large scale operations producing the product in Anuk Jaklyjy and along the Anuk Jal river. Some is also produced in Fobos

A large amount of the fortune of the Anuk Jal river, comes from the production of Essence Liquor as it is a very sought after product across Jshang, as the roads grow dangerous there. It is known that the only reason the Lord of Anuk Jaklyjy has so much freedom within The Gorakin Empire comes from the Anuk Jal's incredible wealth, due to the sale of Essence Liquor.

Essence Strainers are made from corpses of creatures like; Jnuka, Gorakin and other Essence utilising beings. How they do this is by pouring the raw Essence on these corpses into a bottle or bucket and then repeating the process tens to hundreds of times. Until the colour of essence goes from transparent to gray or black.
