History

The name Eshenhill originates from the time long before the humans settled to Graelia. Ancient norster tradition tells that there used to be a large norster city at the site but it was burned down to ash by a dragon. The site was named Ash hill. A new city was built by the graelians when the area was Ravenswood governed. After the Ravenswood-Solowin war ended and Ravenswoods lost the hold of their lands Eshenhill was one of the graelian build cities that moved to norster government. The Tulenkajo family moved in and took control. It was a satisfactory arrangement to everyone and the Tulenkajos governed for generations. It still looks like a graelian city with its walls and stone houses.
The banner of the city has a fenix bird and a hill of ash.
