Skin colors:From snow white to very tanned. Magic comes originally from norster and it's hereditary.
There are few family lines with exceptional strength in magic.
Norster are androgynous often times. Men and women look alike.
One tribe in the south has over time developed a skill to hold their breath under water longer than any other norster version. This tribe has for ages searched food and crafting supplies under water so the skill is evolutionary. They even use earth magic (alteration) to craft themselves a fish like fin to swim faster. This has sparked the birth of human sailor tales about mer people.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Norster prefer grown foods such as fruits and vegetables. Berries are also favored as there are many berries growing naturally in the northern forests.
Traditional foods include such as: -Snowberry wine. A sweet tasting wine that warms you in the winter

Social Structure

The norster usually choose a group of people to decide about things so that not just one person is a leader.
The norster are much more like humans at this point and their tribal/clan system has been discarded for most part. There are few tribes or clans who live in primitive conditions in the large jungle at the very southernmost part of the continent.
The norster behind the mountains seem to favor an inherited monarchy.

Some what animal-like behavior. Norster are able to make animal noises such as purr and hiss. Most modern norster who live and work around humans consciously try to evade this behavior as it's not really socially acceptable among the other species. But among themselves most norster do not try to hide their native way of expressing themselves.
Their ears move with their emotions. Threatened norster pulls their ears back. Enjoying or happy norster may have their ears tremble. Halfbloods who have shorter ears usually can't move them.

Hair culture: Norsters let their hair grow long, not depending on the gender. They braid their hair and decorate it with feathers, pearls, flowers and other decorations.
In norster culture criminals sometimes have their hair cut short, or even shaved off as a punishment. It is considered as a harsh punishment as norster with short hair isn't considered beautiful and short hair brands as a criminal.
Hair is considered sacred in their culture. Norster have battle hairdos. The amount of braids in their battle hairdo tells of battles won. Lose a battle, lose a braid. Battle braids usually have an item attached to them that was picked from the battlefield, i.e. a bullet, a bone, a stone.
Braiding someone else's hair is very intimate and tells of a meaningful and close relationship. Norster don't ask someone if they like them, they ask "Would you let me braid your hair?" Also braiding one's hair into your own is considered meaningful. Braiding a strand of a loved one's hair into your own tells of a deep emotional connection. Often times this can indicate marriage for example.
Body modification: Norster also perform tattoos and piercings. Tattooing the body with symbols and religion related complex figures is quite common.
Norster also pierce their long pointed ears, often for the first time at a very young age.

Common Dress Code

Doesn't really differ from the graelians save the tribes from the jungle and beyond the mountains.
Norster also wear quite similar clothing regardless of gender. Both men and women wear similar clothes. Long, flowing robes are common as well as trousers and dresses. Norster wear what is best and suitable for the situation, temperature etc.
A mage often wears a robe but no one is exclusively saying they can't wear a dress or a suit. Oftentimes the robes are part of the college uniform and their identity.
A wealthy norster man might walk around in long silky robe that a human would call a dress. A piece clothing with a large amount of expensive fabric is a way to show wealth.
Alas, many norster nowadays wear similar clothing as humans as it is not always safe to stand out as a norster.
Some norster who respect the old ways may dress in rakish clothes that are in earthly colors such as brown and green.
Norster fancy body modifications such as piercings and tattoos. Often they have several face piercings and ear piercings and bodies covered in tattoos.

Common Taboos

The graelians are evil and the norster people should keep away from them.
Norster do not believe in leaders. They don't really have leaders among themselves, or rather their leaders are just representatives who unite the voices of many into one.

General height depends on location In Northern Graelia the tribes that live around and beyond the mountains on the harsh snowy tundra seems to be the tallest version of norsters with both males and females towering around 2 meters in average. The ones who live in Northern Graelia, but on the southern side of the mountains seem to be around the 180cm of height. The fishing tribes that lived in south Graelia were shorter, around the general height of humans. As well as the tribes still living deep in the southern jungles.
