Avrana

Avrana is a port city built in the jungles of Mazshareen. It was first formed from a group of Yuan-ti Purebloods fled the Abominations and Malisons that disdained them in their homeland of Zul Garahn.  Avrana is now a bustling tropical trade port, ruled over by the Ssatrap Alaiarasi. The Ssatrap acts as gentle viceroy and watches over her part of Halasatra, answering to no one but Flametender Deitra of Ur-Khalai.
Avrana is also the location of the Lotus Gardens, a bardic college where the Halasatran Flowerdancers train.
