The Open Hand
The Open Hand are another one of the criminal guilds that vies for power in Port Penitent. No one has ever met their leader before but they take on contract jobs from very high paying customers. These jobs range from kidnappings to killings and tend to not take morality into account. They are by far the most feared out of the three guilds of Port Penitent.
The Open Hand operate through third party correspondents, and often complicate the process of hiring them excessively, in order to make ascertaining the identities of anyone involved next to impossible. Assassins that do jobs for the guild often have no idea who exactly hired them to complete the job.
Should anyone attempt to uncover the identities of anyone involved with the Open Hand, they will find that they, or their loved ones, will meet with a sudden and violent accident.
