Shidaan
o A plane made completely of rock pierced by infinite tunnels large and small.
o Open space including the tunnels are filled with howling winds that carries every vocal utterance in the infinite plane. Without protection one would lose their hearing in a matter of minutes.
o There is no natural light, and a fire could never be sustained due to the rushing winds.
o Gravity always points away from the center therefore making the ceiling, walls, and floor be the path.
o The plane consists of 4 layers
§ Desmos
· The most habitable layer with the largest cavers. With most settlements in Babel being located here
§ Cytuss
· Also known as the layer of suffering, because of the wind whistling through the tunnels that carries the cries of agony of those who suffer there.
· The shrill of the noise can drive anyone insane with unprotected hearing.
§ Phlegethon
· The third layer is a layer of darkness. Walls are absolutely dark, absorbing any remnant of light with no reflection.
· All sources could only illuminate half as normal.
§ Agathion
· The deepest layer of Babel.
· Made of rock with no tunnels and only giant spherical bubbles of air or vacuum.
· Inside of the bubbles rage violent windstorms that can toss large humanoids like ragdolls.
