Leo Cromviel

Leo is a fairly young, yet established, diplomat from Norcastle. At only 45 years of age, he's the youngest serving Head of the Council since its formation. He was not born into a high-brow family, or received inheritance by luck; he's as hard working and proud as they come, and it's shown in his short career to date. He served on The Outer Circle for 6 years before being elected as the Head of the Council.
