Bogloq Logblokk

The eccentric kobold warlock known as Warlock Bogloq Logblokk serves the animus of the Salinmoor itself. This is personified in the ancient Black Willow that lives somewhere within the heart of the swamp around the Lac DuMere. It was from this venerable tree that Bogloq received his talisman, a knot of blood-red heartwood attached to the end of his gnarled staff.
Bogloq has a high opinion of his own power, not unjustifiably, and considers himself to be a steward of the Salinmoor. What that stewardship entails, however, is anyone's guess, since he feels he only needs to answer to the Black Willow itself, or whomever commands the Black Willow.
