An old evil is stirring in Greyhawk. Powers of old, unspeakable names are rumored to be wakening. A dark cloud hangs over the Land of Iuz. Some say the dark lord, Iuz the Old, is back from his banishment by St Cuthbert, 100 yrs ago. Others have said Acererack has been collecting artifacts and ancient tomes. Members of the Circle of Eight have uncovered some diabolical plot in the Tomb of Horrors. Mordenkeinin, Telsa, Gord the Rogue, and Lord Robilar assembled and uncovered a meeting of Iuz, Acererack, and a third cloaked entity. What is in store for Greyhawk?
