Kestrell Vallengard

The hawk-nosed merchant known as Kestrell is something of a mystery. He is rumored to have once worked for Reynauld Aritarian, the enigmatic Lord Magristrate of Overwatch, but whether the two are still in communication is unknown.
These days, the traveling merchant can be found gracing the courts of nobility across Keoland, hawking his fashionable wares and trading in both both gossip and secrets.
