Grimhollow

Grimhollow is the only planet in the Sephn Solar System that's KNOWN to have humanoid lifeforms. The planet of Grimhollow has white skies and the clouds reflects any unscattered light thus appearing yellow or red in colour. The plant coloring of the flora can be brown, red, marigold, and burnt orange are plants that accept the light of the sun for photosynthesis; flora with the coloring of blue, purple, bottle-green, dark teal-blue, green and turquoise are plants that accept the light of the moon and is harmed by the light of the sun. You should be careful however, when gathering plants: daylight plants with blue, green, or purple spots, stems, and roots can be poisonous and its the same for their night time sibling's.

Harlow

While it may not have a breathable surface atmosphere YET, it has an abundant breathable hollow earth. Filled with humanoids, flora and fauna. When the planet of Grimhollow start to explore the solar system they'll come across the barren planet of Harlow with accounts of seeing phantoms on the planet's surface. These phantoms are actually the sprits of Harlow's Inner World Inhabitants preforming a magic ritual to gain access to their spirit animal. In turn the inhabitance of Harlow will recount times where they came across deities that dress differently than their own that has a headdress attached to pipes.

Piper, Ambrose, and Lilith

Being furthest from the sun, these three icy planets are uninhabitable. However, with futuristic technology it could be possible for the humanoids of the Sephn System to mine these planets for water, ice, and rare minerals.
