Salt Storm

A salt storm is a phenomenon common in the area of the Salted Plains north of Exum. Salt storms raised when a gust front or other strong wind blows loose salt and dirt from the dry surfaces of the plain lands.

Causes and History

The remaining parts of the First Song say that after the disappearance of the Faeroahs that the Sphinxes gathered and casted a spell on the lands of the old capital that caused a salt to fall from the sky for year turning the lands into a salt dessert. This inherently started the war with the Jakaphet people.
The only people who still navigate this land is the aforementioned Jakaphet people who still continue to inhabit the lands surrounding the Salted Plains..
