A R C

Even though there are normal rarities to go by, Izcars' weapon form is its own rarity in similar vein to Halu . They are also still living weapons, and seeing as almost every Izcar can change into a weapon, it is, again, both unique and technically an artifact. However, anyone can wield an Izcar in their weapon form still, so the uniqueness becomes less so. However, Izcar have dubbed their weapon form as "A R C," sense Izcar don't actually change names between their normal form and weapon form. So an A R C Izcar is just an Izcar as a weapon.

Significance

Just as important as Balwen s' halos.
