Unique

Unique is a bit more tricky of a classification of rarity. It is mainly a type of tool that is uncommon to most others except the select wielders of said tool. Mainly used by regional people, or even organizations themselves. Some tools, despite being manufactured by certain regions of people or organizations, can still be regular or uncommon. Such things that may not be unique may be pickaxes or weapons, as tools like that can still be beneficial to others, thus taught on how to use them depending on how education is in said places.
