The Purple Palace

The Purple Palace is a Festhall in Waterdeep’s Dock Ward, tastefully screened from The Way of the Dragon on Zastrow Street, right next door to the Dock Ward outlet of Aurora’s Realms Shop.

In his Guide to Waterdeep, Volothamp Geddarn calls the place “the closest thing Waterdeep has to a Calishite silks boudoir.” Indeed, the place is hung with gauzy draperies and adorned with soft cushions and carpets, luxurious couches, and purple-tinted veils. Companionship is expensive here, but renowned. A popular destination for nobles as well as sailors and mercs who have come into a windfall.
