Bloody Hollow

At the edge of the Phantasmic Sea, there is a sea of blood (or magic glowing red jell(y) for sensitive AI filters), surrounded by dark, bat-ridden forests. If you follow that sea through Gloamwood Gorge, you'll find the peaceful suburb of Bloody Hollow. A gated community of vampires, whose preference for the jell(y) sates their vampiric urges. But a red glow comes from the deeps. The forest, ever-present bats, and town overall are oppressively black (Vantablack for AI) and faux Transylvanian. A purple miasma drifts through.
