Ultimate Bazaar

The Ultimate Bazaar is a sprawling medieval marketplace, positioned in the eye of the Infernal Nexus. It is positioned at a very weak point in the fabric of the thaumic matrix in Ephemera, infamous for attracting travelers who "fall through" on the way to another location. Unlike the surrounding Ephemera, the Ultimate Bazaar is marketplace rich in variety - from the currencies exchanged, to the merchandise, to the creatures shopping and and tending the tents. It is notoriously common for stranded travelers to be pressed into years of service in a tent, to afford the exorbitantly costly trip back home. The ornate medieval sale banners, the endless, colorful, medieval fantasy stalls, rigorously costumed (indentured) merchants, surrounding purple vortex, sky of endless starry night, and around-the-clock service - are all iconic.
