Magistrate
Magistrates are the non-voting clerks within the Imperial Senate. They act as judges for the cities and towns within the regions of the lesser Senates and hold low level tribunals for offenders of Senate law. In villages, they are the administrative heads that work under the local Barons and Baronesses. The number of Magistrates can be vast and fit the need of Senate. As such, it is the only position within the Senate to not mandate the requirement of being a wizard.
Appointment
Appointments are made by the recommendation of Senators and the approval of Magisters.
Duties
follow and adhere to Halruaalan law (as passed by the Senate)
Responsibilities
hold minor tribunals, sentence offenders, work with the town guard to control crime within the various districts.
