Halvishlan Proper

Halvishlan Proper is a district which encapsulates the Capital, the Great Tree, and the surrounding Shade District. This area is governed by the King. These regions are in a sense suburbs of the capital itself. Much of the close surrounding area of the capital is considered holy and therefore has strict regulations and rules for those who live within and visit the shade lands.
