Ortazan Fineriver

Ortazan Fineriver is probably the most exotic thing in all of Haranshire. He wears long flowing silks, always brightly colored, and his shop is full of exotic rugs and tapestries from obviously far off lands. Ortazan has a loom in the back of his shop, a huge and monsterous thing, and nobody has any idea how it originally got there, or how he keeps his shop so full of cloth and fabric, but he is always either helping a customer or sitting at the loom spinning another fantistic cloth. Even though the shop is full of exotic fabrics nobody in Harlaton can afford, he also stays busy supplying basic articles of clothing for the rest of the farmers and villagers of Harlaton, and he is always friendly and eager to hear a story or two.
