Ortazan the weaver
Ortazan Fineriver is the most exotic person in Harlaton. His shop is full of exotic silks and fine clothing from far away, and many of his wares seem too expensive for the local economy. It is good then, as the rumors go, that Ortazan is a terrible haggler and often lets silks and other cloths go for far less than he should. He is often working on his loom in the back of the store, but will always stop and gossip with any customer who comes in.
While a large part of his inventory hints of far away lands, he also keeps a good supply of clothing and other textiles in stock for the locals who prefer more grounded cloth.
