Outlaw
Outlaw is not a noble title. It is a status of non-citizenship. Although this title is derogatory, it does not mean criminal. Every non-outlaw, from peasants up to kings & queens are citizens with rights and duties to those above and below them in the hierarchy. Outlaws are outside of this hierarchy and are considered 'travelling through' the kingdom, even if they have lived most of their lives within the king.
An outlaw can become a citizen-Peasant by signing a lifetime lease with a landowning lord (Knight/Lady & above).
