Royal Foundry
The Royal Foundry is a department inside the Imperial Halls which is run by the Royal Guild of Horologists with the purpose of developing and manufacturing machinery for the Crown.
Purpose / Function
The Foundry is equipped to allow the creation of anything currently possible.
It is in these halls that the Iron Rulers Queen Victoria and Queen Anne were born, and where all the components required to keep the Imperial Halls running at maximum efficiency are fabricated.

Denizens
The area is out-of-bounds for anyone who is not invited by the Royal Guild of Horologists so one can usually only find horologists and their apprentices.
Contents & Furnishings
The machinery used in the Foundry is classified to prevent commercial competition.
Alterations
The Foundry has steadily been extended since its initial construction and now makes up one of the largest regions of the Halls.
Architecture
The Foundry consists of several large halls that combine to create a large, enclosed space.
The walls are built of stone and reinforced with iron in a Scothic fashion to allow for the great height of the structure, as well as hiding work from the public eye.
Light is provided by lamps throughout the workshop, since the glass ceiling is regularly blackened with soot.
