Nadia Qadir

Nadia is very persuasive, prides herself on her sales skills. Nadia grew up in Solstice but later moved to Tazdahur, sees the city as ‘small-time’. Is a bit spoiled, but she generally loves her dad(s). Is still upset about the death of her other dad Rafeeq. Doesn’t know who her birth mother is. Her version of Efreet’s Exotic Exports is riddled with incense, curtains with beads and eerie life-like stone statues that display the jewelry. The statues have strange poses, looking almost frightened, but Nadia covered their expressions with masks & cloths

General Physical Condition

has white hair flowing into pink-ish tips. Wears a gorgeous necklace with pink gemstones in it (necklace of fireballs). Goggles are similar to small sunglasses on a thin silver frame. Glasses are a deep magenta, very finely cut. Eyes are visible underneath them, wears glitter around her eyes. Nadia is extravagant and comes across as floaty, moaning and making arm movements when talking.

Personal history

Nadia was adopted by her father Efreet Qadir and his late husband Rafeeq. Nadia's birthmother was a close friend of Efreet, and after Efreet wanted a child to eventually take over his store chain, Nadia's birthmother decided to bear a child for the couple. Efreet was very involved with raising her in Nadia's earlier couple of years, but eventually became to busy to tend to her due to his work when she was around 3 years old. This lead to Rafeeq taking on most of the parenting duties. Rafeeq was a great father, always teaching Nadia to express herself however she wanted. Nadia never cared much for learning Gnomish traditions and history, and cared much more for creative expression. She loved to dance and draw from an early age. Rafeeq died of a mysterious illness he contracted somewhere in the desert near Sand Falls when Nadia was only 14. The death of Rafeeq tore a rift in Nadia and Efreet's relationship, with Nadia resenting him for not being there while she was growing up. Efreet tasked Nadia even at 14 to take care of his Tazdahur shop, which she's been running by herself ever since. After the first 5 years or so, Nadia began to slowly rebrand the store according to her own vision, and business started booming quickly after that. Nadia is a keen businesswoman, and has a good eye for her wares. She is often described extravagant, but is good at heart.
