True Way
The theocracy of True Way dominates life in the western reaches. Reigning over the rubblefields and slow, clear deltas, they built fortresses and gated bridges. Their architecture is ornate with pointed arches, scrollwork, carved figures, spikes, and buttressed walls. They are seen by other factions as dangerous and strict, although at least predictable and not fickle. Trade agreements usually come at the price of pandering to their ideals; requiring many ritual offerings and precise conduct by agents.
They offer refuge only temporarily to outcasts, and make many attempts to convince outsiders to join. They show obvious scorn for unregulated tribes and small communities.
