hile not overly-tall, he's exceedingly thin - a fact that leads some to perceive him as being taller than he actually is. His collarbones seem to rise out of his shoulders like wings. His knees and elbows form bulging spheres that look completely out-of-place on his scrawny limbs. He's somewhat bug-eyed.

He's bothered by the fact that he barely understands what any of his charges are actually doing - or how their actions benefit the company in any way.

e is rarely seen without a "water" bottle in his close vicinity. Those who've made the mistake of accidentally grabbing his water bottle rather than their own have learned quickly that these vessels do not in fact contain water. Instead, they're almost always filled with vodka. On his "better" days, his ever-present bottles are filled with some mixture of vodka and water. At other times, they contain nothing but straight liquor.

is chronic alcoholism leaves him feeling edgy. This is especially true early in the day before he's had enough time to become properly inebriated. His hands can sometimes shake violently.
His gaze constantly darts to-and-fro, in seemingly chaotic fashion. This is partly due to the fact that he has so many plebes under his purview. But it's also exacerbated by his dependency issues.

odger has a habit of altering his volume and pitch at odd and inconsistent intervals. He can begin a dialog speaking in measured tones, transfer to a high-pitched borderline-yell in the middle of a sentence, and then conclude in a discomfiting squeal. These seemingly-random fluctuations usually have no logical connection to the nature or context of his words. This leads most of his direct reports to avoid speaking with him at all, unless the interaction is absolutely necessary.
