ox is the administrative assistant and "gatekeeper" for ED. She's been known as "Vox" for as long as she's worked in conjunction with ED. Given that ED maintains a persistent status as someone who's never actually been seen or heard, there are multiple people who suspect that ED doesn't actually exist, and that Vox and ED are in fact the same person.
