Pétros tou Sélas III
The Boy King of Makadelos
Basiliás Pétros Leonou Sélas, III (a.k.a. The Boy King)
Basileus Petros tou Selas is the current ruler of Makadelos, who took the throne in 1811 after the abdication and subsequent exile of his father, Basileus Leon, after the signing of the Treaty of Diasphosia . Born only eight years earlier, during the midst of the bloodiest war the world has ever seen, his coronation saw him responsible for the nation's reconstruction as the regions of Aigitola, Paloumaia, and Lukhora were forced to put themselves back together. As he was too young to rule effectively, his sister Pandora served as regent and managed the details of reconstruction and coordinated with the Synod in order to keep the empire together, leaving the king in a largely ceremonial role. Finally having come of age in the summer of 1819,
