Basileia tou Makadelos

The Empire of Makadelos rules the content with an iron fist, directing society from the top down. While not likely to work with individuals with little to no reputation, the government is known to, on occasion, hire profound individuals to do their dirty work.

Mercantile Confederation of Sebastopolis

Protecting trade and promoting profit, the Mercantile Confederation of Sebastopolis is an old-fashioned merchant organization focused on protecting traveling merchants and traders from all over the continent. While not opposed to industrialism, this group was founded hundreds of years before the industrial revolution and as such, has some older views regarding business and as such has some opposing viewpoints compared to the new-fangled Industrial Board. They are also staunchly opposed to any criminal organizations that can harm business and, to a lesser extent, labor advocates. Sebastopolis Garrison

Ergatai tis Sebastopolis

The Laborers of Sebastopolis are a group of illegal syndicates and cooperatives working in the slums of Makadelos. They seek to advocate for the worker's rights of the laborers in the city who are largely uninterested in advocating for those outside the city or those working less industrial or agricultural jobs, unlike the Confederated Syndicates. While primarily opposed to the Hetairoi and City Garrison, the Laborers also find themself opposed to the

History

Legend has it that the city was founded by Arkhetimos tou Iliakos, as the city of Astrakratira. The city was passed between kingdoms for about 1,000 years before becoming the capital of the Iliakos Anaxeio in 1507. In 1681, Iliakos began the Selas Conquests with Astrakratira at its center. In 1695, the city was renamed to Sebastopolis in honor of basileas Sebastian.
